Connecticut College Closed Circuit Televison (C4TV) Constitution:

ARTICLE I: Purpose

ARTICLE II: Membership
	1. Membership may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, class, sex, 
	   gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, expression and characteristics, 
	   age, religion, national or ethnic origin, visible or invisible disability, 
	   or status as a veteran, disabled veteran, or veteran of the Vietnam War.
	2. We aim to actively encourage and seek out the participation and leadership 
	   of people of color, women, gays, lesbians, transgendered people, bisexuals, 
	   queers, intersex people, gender variant people, working class or poor, 
	   indigenous groups, disabled people, and people belonging to other 
	   marginalized groups. We believe this goal to be inseparable from our 
	   overall mission and strive to create an environment that breaks down 
	   oppressive social hierarchies within our collective and beyond.
	3. Voting and non-voting membership is open to all matriculated students of 
   	   Connecticut College, all faculty, staff, administration, and their families.

ARTICLE III: Organization

ARTICLE V: Amendments
	1. Amendments must be presented to all members in writing before the proposed 
   	   vote.
	2. Amendments must be approved by a consensus.
	3. Amendments must be approved by the Student Government Association (SGA).

ARTICLE VI: Ratification
The Student Government Association must ratify this constitution.
