As part of its Mission Statement, C4 TV wishes to engage marginalized communities on campus.
C4 TV will do this in the following ways:

I. Unity Councilperson
	A. The Unity Councilperson, as part of the board of C4 TV, will strongly encourage
	   persons who identify as part of a marginalized group to become part of 
	   the Council, as well as, of course, participating as the General Body.
	B. The Unity Councilperson will also actively seek programming from marginalized 
	   groups on campus, as well as programming which engages said marginalized 
	   groups.
	C. The Unity Councilperson will assist the Program Councilperson in implementing 
	   initiatives
	D. "Marginalized groups" are not to be limited to people involved with Unity House,
	   nor those involved in Unity House clubs.
	E. Marginalized groups include, but are not limited to people of color, women, gays, 
	   lesbians, transgendered people, bisexuals, queers, intersex people, gender variant
	   people, working class or poor, indigenous groups, disabled people
II. Program Councilperson
	A. Programming-Based initiatives- Programs should include authors who identify as 
	   part of a marginalized group and/or topics which engage issues that confront 
	   marginalized groups. 
	B. Schedule-Based initiative- Program Councilperson will ensure that 
	   marginalized groups are being represented in the programming schedule.
